After the owner of Northem Networks read my complaint, my problem was solved within an hour! Thank you Lidia for the excellent service. This is the kind of service I used to get from Northem and I am happy that I can again say that I am very, very satisfied with the way my complaint was handled.

I recently had two decoders installed with extra view and despite about 10 calls to Northem Networks and two to DSTV catch-up, TV Guide, etc. still does not work on the Explora 2. All phone calls to Northem Networks ended with promises that they would come to correct the problem or that they will phone back. NOTHING ACTUALLY COME OF ANY OF THE PROMISES!!!!

I recently had two decoders installed with extra view and despite about 10 calls to Northem Networks and two to DSTV catch-up, TV Guide, etc. still does not work on the Explora 2. All phone calls to Northem Networks ended with promises that they would come to correct the problem or that they will phone back. NOTHING ACTUALLY COME OF ANY OF THE PROMISES!!!!

<p>My mother recently passed away and my father and i have been trying to close all her accounts and tie up her affairs. it has been one nightmare after another ,one unhelpful person worst then the next. I was pleasantly surprised when we walked into the Northem Networks office in Princess Crossing on Monday afternoon at 5.15pm. We were there to change the DSTV debit order from my mothers account to my dads's.</p> <p> A lady by the name of MANTWA assisted us. After enjoying having an DSTV explorer myself, I CONVINCED my dad to buy one. They have 2 PVR's in heir home and bought one explorer. This was installed by MultiChoice Northem on the 15 January 2016. 13 days later - they are still experiencing non stop issues. Technicians had come out already 6 times! The DSTV on demand has still not loaded and there is a major delay when changing channels. This is unacceptable and needs to be rectified ASAP. Replace the Explorer! Can people please take accountability and do their jobs? Fix the problem for once and for all.
