I handed my car in for repairs on the 9th of November 2023, I was told that it would take approximately 10 working days for it to be repaired. My car wasn’t even badly damaged to begin with. I was told on the 14th of Nov that my car was damaged by the severe hailstorm which happened over that past weekend. For 4 weeks now, I am being told the same thing by Isaac “we are still waiting for the authorization for hail”. I have been severely inconvenienced by not having my car, and my brand-new car is worst of then I sent it in. I am very distressed by all this and extremely dissatisfied with the lack of information. I understand that this was a natural disaster but for goodness’ sake, why do I have to keep asking about progress and how long does it take to get authorisation? They are closing on the 14th of December for the festive season so I have no clarity on when I will get my car back.
I suggest that you do not do business with these people. I am still waiting for a dining room table which was ordered in Feb 2023. They offered me with a table in May/June which I was not happy with. I did communicate to them that I was NOT happy with the slab in the photos provided. I refused to pay the remainder of the money owing. How is it ok to be forced to pay for a product which you do not want? We then reported them to the consumer goods and services ombud. In September, they sent us pictures of 3 more slabs and asked us to select from those. We chose one and was required to make full payment. Guess what? We still do not have the table. It was being drum sanded for over a month and they have been saying that they are in the process on putting on the legs from the 15 November. They said it was going to be ready on Friday, 17 Nov then they said Today, 21 Nov. Still nothing. When I requested pictures, they sent me a picture of just a slab and not even the one we chose! My request for a full refund was declined telephonically. I have now sent a formal email to the managing director.
Please don't ever do business with these people. I am still waiting for the dining room table which was ordered in Feb 2023. They refuse to refund me, and they are full of excuses and lies. They do not return phone calls or keep their word re timelines. It is utterly disgusting.

After enjoying having an DSTV explorer myself, I CONVINCED my dad to buy one. They have 2 PVR's in heir home and bought one explorer. This was installed by MultiChoice Northem on the 15 January 2016. 13 days later - they are still experiencing non stop issues. Technicians had come out already 6 times! The DSTV on demand has still not loaded and there is a major delay when changing channels. This is unacceptable and needs to be rectified ASAP. Replace the Explorer! Can people please take accountability and do their jobs? Fix the problem for once and for all.

I went into the Woolworths at Trade Route mall. I have been searching everywhere for white tights for my niece and was delighted when I found the last pair size 6-7. when I went to pay for my item, I was told that she was unable to sell it to me because it was part of a set and the dress was missing. Because I am so desperate I said that I will pay regardless of not receiving the entire outfit, she went on to say no. Together we went to the place I found the item and we found another odd dress size 9-10 or something and I said fine il just take that dress since its also not attached. I was told that they will end up giving it to charity because they CANNOT sell me the item of clothing. I understand that there are policies in place but please don't tell me that I cannot purchase an item when you have it in front of me and I am willing to pay for it! The fact that all the clothing was mismatched and missing due to theft as she said, is NOT my fault. I am VERY disappointed.
