I lodged a complaint with PEP customer care because they advertise items which you cannot find in any store in a 100km radius and all they say is this: Hi, Thank you for reaching out to Pep Customer Care. I would just like to put on record the excellent service I received from We Buy Cars (Germiston). The attention we were given By Henry Botha and his manager was exceptional. These guys are so professional and to them the customer comes first. They deserve to be commended for their professionalism. One so often hears sad tales about "secondhand car salesmen", but trust me these guys are different: they are honest, professional and friendly and they treat ALL customers in the same way.
After spending almost 3 hours at my branch to change the cell phone number for OTP's my MyUpdates no longer work. WHAT A DISASTER???? Why should I have to go back to the branch to have this fixed? Will Standard Bank pay me for travelling and the time I need to spend fixing it?
The other day we bought some Kentucky (a Colonel Rounder, piece of center breast and a Spicy box. What a disappointment. Half-cooked, tough chicken.... I sent two e-mail to KFC and they did not even bother to respond. It seems they cannot even spell customer service. They can rest assured that that was my very last visit to KFC.
Vodacom's service is simply shocking: 1. I asked for CLIP to be activated on both my phones. After minutes on the phone, Vodacom managed to get ONE fixed. 2. I specifically requested that my contract be paid via debit order, but this was never done. Visiting my local Vodacom shop I managed to have 1) above sorted out, but for 2) above I needed to phone 082-1946. That was a huge amount of help because you are answered by the dumbest BOT called TOBI!!!!! I did not hear an option that could fix my debit order. I will therefore wait until Vodacom phones me about an account in arrears, maybe they will then hand the case to a REAL person who is not ASLEEP.
Homemark advertises a 4 in 1 chopping board on TV for R199.95, but at the shop they charge R249.95. When you query this, the answer is that it is only for online ordering. However, their TV advert NEVER mentions that it is only for online ordering.
These people did a re-marbelite on my pool. They NEVER turned up to fic a crack in the marbelite. Now, after about a year it seems the whole installation is packing up. DON'T USE TEM, THEY HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THEY ARE DOING!
On Steers' TV advert they advertise a Real Deal Cheese Burger meal at R39.90. However it is not a cheese burger at all , it is a KIDDIES cheese burger!! This is MISLEADING ADVERTISING. Worst of all, I complained to Steers and they did not even bother to respond to my e-mails.
Standard Bank are experts at making ons-sided decisions without any respect for their customers. I have always done my online banking using my personal computer. When I tried to log in today it insists that I scan some QR code using my cellphone. Well, I do not even own a cell phone so how the hell am I supposed to do my online banking? DISGUSTING SERVICE STANDARD BANK
We frequent the Wimpy in Key West, Krugersdorp and have found the service and the quality of food there excellent. The entire staff is friendly, helpful and professional. They fully understand what customer service really is and deserves to be commended for that.
