Very disappointed by the service received.

I have ordered a tool on the 31 March with a notice that the collected by the courier on 1 April 2026. I am still waiting for the parcel. I have called and then get told it is being escalated but no feedback and I am still in the dark. I don't think I will use them again as I buy tools every month but was disappointed by them before. Then I decided to give them another opportunity to prove me wrong but here we are.
