Very disappointed by the service received.
I have ordered a tool on the 31 March with a notice that the collected by the courier on 1 April 2026. I am still waiting for the parcel. I have called and then get told it is being escalated but no feedback and I am still in the dark. I don't think I will use them again as I buy tools every month but was disappointed by them before. Then I decided to give them another opportunity to prove me wrong but here we are.0 replies

Won't buy from LiveStainable again!
I was recommended and told how fast an efficient they are but I am not getting that level of service. You try and call no answer and eventually they reply on WhatsApp. I am only ordering a small part (my shipping fee is 3 times the price of the part) but this is holding me up because it took them a week since payment to even look to ship my order. Cell C are dishonest stay away
Cell C and their dealers are dishonest and ***** our money.. They call you and say you can upgrade and dont need to take a handset now but can do so later. Now they say no you must pay out the entire contract and only then you can get a new device. ****s but I have 3 contracts and will cancel them all2 replies

Vodacom and their dealers are dishonest and take extra moeny
I am giving them a 1 start just because I have to. They do an upgrade through their dealers and then take 36 months when you tell them I want 24 just to take more money. They are dishonest and I have been a customer for 20 plus years and will leave now.2 replies

Worst Bank in SA

Courier Guy is service and attitude toward customers is just shocking!!!
The service and attitude received from the Courier Guy is just absolutely shocking. They do not communicate and don't answer their phones when put through to the relevant branch. When I order something from a site and I see Courier Guy will do the delivery I will ask they use another courier. They stuffed up my delivery twice but delivered to the same address from another Vendor, How?0 replies

Makro is the worst online store ever. Stay away!
Makro is the worste online yrading store ever. Dont ever buy online from them. We ordered cooldrinks from them on Black Friday. Itd has not been delivered to date. We have called 10 times with no resolution. They told us 3 weeks ago the courier called but we have no missed calls. They just tell us they will escalate. We called again and asked for a manager. Waited 26 min with no manager.2 replies
