Damaged Curtains
<p>I took expensive blockout curtains to the Northern Cleaners depot at Bryan Park for Dry Cleaning.</p> <p> </p> <p>They returned the curtains with torn and damaged blockout because they had obviously melted/heated the rubberised blockout and then folded it together which ripped when unfolded.</p> <p> </p> <p>No messages have been returned by the "Head Office" who the branch assistant told me was the only person who would be able to assist me.</p> <p> </p> <p>Thery obviously don't know what they are doing with expensive fabrics and when they damage them will obviously only respond to attorneys letters.</p> <p> </p> <p>BEWARE! </p>

Bad Service
On 07 January 2016 i took my clothes to be dry cleaned at Northern Cleaners in Brynston. I was told that the clothes will be ready on Saturday 09 January 2016. I went to the shop to collect my goods at 09:00 and was told that the goods haven't been delivered yet and the van would come at 10:00. I came back at 11:00 and still the delivery van hasn't delivered. After waiting at 11:30 I phoned their head office and spoke to Jacky who told me that it is not his problem that the goods have not been delivered as he has done his job and that I should stop complaining as it still Sartuday. I asked to speak to his boss and he refused to give me his number. I told them that I am willing to fetch my clothes wherever as i had other things to do and won't be able to make it back before they close. Even this fell onto deaf ears
