Its been 2 weeks waiting for a delivery and everyday I call am told the parcel will be delivered tomorrow
I phoned a lady by the name of Kirsten to enquire about a box for a 55 inch TV and she organised that I pick up the box from Boxman Gardens in Cape Town. The box was picked up only to discover that the wrong size was supp****. I phoned Kirsten and she informed me that the lady who provided the incorrect box will be fired and I will be refunded. I informed her that I do not want a refund but for them to correct what they have done. She then informed that she will have to phone the General Manager and get back to me. She then called me back and informed that they will deliver the box when they have time or opening which might be after 3 - 5 days as they are busy with their customers. I then enquired why would it take that long and if I am less of a customer. She then said she will speak to the General Manager again. She then got back to me and advised that the box will be delivered the next day. I called her the next day to enquire about expected delivery time and she she doesn't know but it will be sometime during the day on my insistence she then said she will call the General Manager and get back to me. After 30 minutes I called her and she is not taking my calls.
I ordered a MacBook on 13 October 2023 and I was promised that it will be delivered on on 18 October 2023. On the 18th I was called by a lady from confirmations and she said the package will be delivered on Friday 20 October 2023. Today is 24 October 2023 and I have not heard from Vodacom. I called them and I was advised that the package is at despatch and they don't know when it will be delivered.
I ordered an item from and the promised delivery date was 30 September 2022 and also to send regular updates on the parcel. I have never received any updated from you on the status of the delivery. You courier partner after the 30 September, changed the date to 03 October and changed again to 04 October. Will you kindly advise when I can expect delivery.
You promised to deliver my parcel on 30 September 2022, you changed this date to 03 October 2022 and changed this one as well to 04 October 2022. You did all of this without contacting me or any notification.
On the 12 of October I received notification that my phone will be delivered within 72hours. It is now the 19 of October with no delivery. I called your company and spoke to a Sisakele Miweya who could not help me in any way and she promised that her supervisor Ismail Ncube would call me but alas he never called. The company has never bothered to check if the phone has been delivered or not. All I want now is to cancel the contract, all 4 of them!
On the 12 of October I got a call from your driver saying they are at my house in Bryanston for a delivery. I told them I not home but at work and they ask what time I will be home and I said aftet 4 and they said they will come then. I asked him why does he not come to my work in Parktown rather and he said he can't. Today is the 19th and I get a call from a guy in Bloemfontein saying he is on his way to deliver my parcel and when I ask how as I'm in Joburg. He responded by saying the parcel was shipped to Bloemfontein. This is totally appalling as no one from RAM ever called me to arrange any delivery
On 07 January 2016 i took my clothes to be dry cleaned at Northern Cleaners in Brynston. I was told that the clothes will be ready on Saturday 09 January 2016. I went to the shop to collect my goods at 09:00 and was told that the goods haven't been delivered yet and the van would come at 10:00. I came back at 11:00 and still the delivery van hasn't delivered. After waiting at 11:30 I phoned their head office and spoke to Jacky who told me that it is not his problem that the goods have not been delivered as he has done his job and that I should stop complaining as it still Sartuday. I asked to speak to his boss and he refused to give me his number. I told them that I am willing to fetch my clothes wherever as i had other things to do and won't be able to make it back before they close. Even this fell onto deaf ears
As im writing i am walking out of gold reef theme park with crying kids on my hip. I got to gold reef stood at a long queue to pay had my one son measured and was confirmed to be able to go on all rides. After standing in an hour waiting for our first ride the runway train we were turned around like dogs. We are tired sweaty stood in the sun for the whole afternoon and my kids never got to go on any rides. Wish we had gone elsewhere. What a terrible day at gold reef
In April i got a call from data advertising dstv explorer and making an offer. I accepted and they promised to deliver in 14 days. I followed up after this time and were told that they have benn trying to phone me. I confirmed my contact details with them and they promised to phone for a delivery date. I have been phoning every week since then but im told that the matter is being escalated i call. The operators refuse to put me through to the supervisor. Its been 4 months since the order and the pity is that i have been payinh for it monthly. I wouldn't recommend dstv and their explorer to anyone.dstv is running a scam. I wonder if they robbing the poor because they know theyve got monopoloy of the market.
