Poor Quality Distribution Box supp****

I made a purchase from Northside Electrical (Redhill).

I asked for a CBI Distribution Box. The salesperson did his thing, I paid and left.

The electrician fitted the stuff, and the DB looked absolutely flimsy.

When I investigated further, even though I asked for CBI, the salesperson gave me an inferior no name brand box.

I’m disgusted with the service. The whole reason for changing my existing box was that I wanted quality.

I paid the electrician R 3,000 to do the swap!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If you’ll didn’t have CBI – you’ll should have told me, and I would have bought from a different supplier.

I’m disgusted with the quality of product you’ll supp****.
