Appalling Overall Service

This company is disregarding basic rules and regulations.

I've been waiting over 12 months for a recon statement and contacted them repeatedly by phone and email, without receiving anything up to today.

Eventually, I settled the account in full simply because I was getting nowhere. Since then, I have requested a paid-up letter, but every request has been ignored.

I have sent 10 WhatsApp messages and 2 emails and have not received a single reply. After reviewing online feedback, it is clear this is a common experience for many customers.

I will now be pursuing every available course of action against this company, even if I receive the paid-up letter. If they don't provide it and drag the issue on, it will help my case.

The level of disregard they show toward is unlike anything I have encountered. I also intend to contact the companies they collect on behalf of and create a compilation of documented negative experiences to demonstrate their conduct and how it contravenes consumer protections as they act on behalf of these institutions and represent them, which creates liability.

I will not be silenced, I will not go away, I will not rest, I will not be threathened into submission. Please do not make the mistake of thinking that I will.
