I registered with MTN on the 28 April of which I paid R150 for the sim card and R438 for pro-rata. On the 13th of my internet was disconnected due to non payment for the month of June. This was never explained to me at Green stone mall where I purchased the product. Yesterday on the 15th I went to Norwood Mall where I waited for 15 minutes before I was assisted... The lady who was assisting then rushed to assist the gentleman behind, this meant I had to wait again. When she was done she then proceeded to assist another customer behind me. This is utterly unprofessional, the miscommunication and lack of rendering services is a true disgrace.
