I am very happy with the 2consultants that assisted me today, they took their time to explain in a way that I understand
I registered with MTN on the 28 April of which I paid R150 for the sim card and R438 for pro-rata. On the 13th of my internet was disconnected due to non payment for the month of June. This was never explained to me at Green stone mall where I purchased the product. Yesterday on the 15th I went to Norwood Mall where I waited for 15 minutes before I was assisted... The lady who was assisting then rushed to assist the gentleman behind, this meant I had to wait again. When she was done she then proceeded to assist another customer behind me. This is utterly unprofessional, the miscommunication and lack of rendering services is a true disgrace.

I cannot believe the level of service I am getting from Netstar. On the 28th May 2021, I wrote a review of my dissatisfaction of Netstar tracking my vehicle when it was stolen. Netstar cannot provide me with a report of the whereabouts of my vehicle before or after it was stolen. I have been paying since May 2018 to no avail, just as if I had thrown my hard earned money into a fire. When I wrote the review, Netstar promised to contact me in this regard to sort the matter out, now on the 4th June 2021, no one has contacted me in this regard.
I wouldn't advise anybody to use the services of Netstar. For 36 months they debited my account for the premium to track my vehicle. My vehicle was stolen and they were unable to recover it. They couldn't provide reports to show my vehicle was ever being tracked. When my vehicle was stolen, they never called me, they shifte me from pillar to post and they still took the debit order off the following month, knowing my vehicle had been stolen a month ago.
