I am extremely disappointed with the way this business has handled my complaint. After receiving treatments that were well below standard, I raised my concerns directly with the owner in good faith. At the time, he acknowledged the issues, apologized, and confirmed that I would be given either a refund or a voucher.
I made it clear that a voucher was not acceptable given the poor experience, and the owner initially agreed to process a refund. However, after weeks of delays and follow-ups, he has now completely changed his story — denying that any complaint was made on the day and accusing us of fabricating the entire ordeal.
This is not only unprofessional but also deeply insulting. We tried to resolve this matter privately and amicably, but instead of honoring his own words, the owner has chosen to backtrack and dismiss our legitimate concerns.
Businesses should take accountability when things go wrong, not gaslight their customers. I cannot recommend this establishment based on the dishonesty, lack of accountability, and poor customer service we experienced.
