Nova life nearly killed my daughter
My daughter Clodette Erasmus was working for them for 12 months she was doing fine although she was verbally and mentally abused by Lizelle her manager,being told that she is full of drugs because of her religion, that she is crazy because of her strong religious beliefs. Complaining doesn't help trying to get in touch with their head office is empossible. My daughter landed up in a mental hospital after being forced to resign by the same manager. She wrote a letter shuffing it into my daughter's face and saying sign,we daughter had a severe mental breakdown because of the toxic environment she worked in for more than a year makking up to R 5000 sales at a time for Nova life and still she got bul**** and no one cares . Try contacting them is impossible they just care about their employees makking sales, having managers abussing people woman not important to them

Its a complaint against Liezl a MANAGER verbally and mentally bullying my daughter,forcing her to sign a resignation letter tha"" ***orkers "t se wrote herself and shoving it into my daughters face ,saying sign it. My daughter had a mental breakdown shes alive. But the reason Im writting this review is the fact that the email send to Nova Life was meant for the owners/ Mangement to inform them of and employee abusing her position in their company, bulluing,verbally and mentally disgrading employees for years. But Nova life didnt respond, Liezl the same " MANAGER" thinks she can do as she please by sending copies of the review to family members of my daughter and myself, trying to intimidate people she don't know. What does this say Nova Life dont care or is Liezl above the company's ethics.
