NovaShades in Kempton Park - Scammed out of thousands of rand

Really bad experience. We contracted Eddie to do a cobble driveway for us. There were ongoing issues. First his workers were getting very annoyed because he didn't pay them. They ended up forcing their way in to my property, demanding payment.

He was constantly demanding money. Even though the job was still incomplete and we had to pay him more than the quoted amount. He even hassled us on the weekend for money to fix his car

The last straw was when he demanded an additional R 3500 for 4 tons of new cobble bricks. I paid him in cash. He delivered about 600 bricks picked up off a rubbish dump and then disappeared off site, never to return.

He even had the cheek to whatsapp me instructions of how I should do the grouting. What a ripoff!
