Please leave me alone. Your telemarketers call daily, up to 5 or more times and this has been going on for weeks. I have lost count of the number of calls - it must be close to 100 now. I don't want your product and I don't appreciate the daily harassment.
My brother had a dream trip to Thailand. He loved every minute of it. On the last day he slipped in a puddle and fractured his upper arm. He missed his flight as a result. But WOLO Travel really stepped up and helped us get him back home to SA. All the staff I spoke to were lovely but Meghann really went the extra miles. She updated us constantly, rebooked flights and transfers and kept in contact the whole time. Thank you Meghann. You are a superstar.
These 5 stars are for Ketty. She is the agent that contacted me regarding a refund issue that was taking longer than expected. She was lovely - very professional and she followed up with the merchant to get things sorted out, giving me updates along the way. While it was difficult to get to speak to a Payflex agent in person, she definitely made up for it once we got there.
What's going on, Payflex? I have been a client for a while, but the wheels seem to have come off on the refund I am being waiting for. On the 1st, you will take off another R 950 even though the merchant says they did the full refund of R 3799 to you on the 14th January. It's still not showing in my wallet. I have sent emails and got one reply that seems more automated than from someone who actually read my query. Since then, no follow up whatsoever, even though I have updated the ticket almost daily with the proof of payment from the merchant etc. I tried phoning ... your phone line won't even let me get past an automated message that tells me to email Support, and then I tried the WhatsApp line which does exactly the same. It tells me to email Support ... but I am getting no support from Support! Now your WhatsApp line suggested Hellopeter so here I am still asking for support!
Stop calling me please, MiWay. I receive repeated calls every single day from at least 4 numbers identified by Truecaller. I don't want to talk to your sales people and I don't want your product!!
Our two decoders aren't "talking" to each other and the Xtra-view is blocked. After repeated calls totalling nearly 4 hours, we have been told it has been referred to the technicians as the operator cannot assist. 24 hours later no technician appears to have even looked at the problem. No feedback, no assistance, no updates ... very poor for a service that we pay for. And no estimated time for assistance either. The last operator told us we could wait 48 hours or more
I have been looking for ages for that very special tiny Yorkie puppy ... something that is not easy to find. I came across Marisia de Kramer of Yorkies Paradise. What a pleasure! Communication was excellent, I was able to go and view her dogs in their home, and spend time bonding with them. Marisia went out of her way to help me to find the perfect baby ... actually two! I couldn't be happier. Thank you, Marisia from the bottom of my heart! From your beautiful and happy dogs in pristine surroundings, to the most gorgeous puppies, the information, the puppy packs and for you being there to answer any questions. This has been a fantastic experience. It is not always easy to find an experienced, caring and knowledgeable dog breeder who keeps to their word ... and I have no hesitation in recommending this lady to anyone looking for a Yorkie!
<div>I booked a teacup Yorkie puppy from ****. I paid a deposit of R 4000 and then an additional R 5000 once we had agreed on a specific puppy. We agreed on whatsapp to a price (I still have all the messages and voice notes) and that I would finish paying for, and collect the puppy in October. She told me clearly that the puppy was mine. I received pictures and updates of my puppy and had already chosen a name for our new "baby". I would have gone to see the pup, but this was not permitted by the breeder. To me, buying this puppy was like adopting a new family member - as well as a lot of money, I put my heart and hopes in Mijoy. Then out of the blue one Saturday, just after I had made a payment, she messaged me saying she wanted a higher price. I wasn't prepared to just agree to paying extra money for a puppy I had already reserved. She cancelled the deal there and then. I was told she sold my puppy to someone else for the higher price. She agreed to refund me, once my latest payment cleared To add insult to injury I have not been refunded the full R 9000. She retained R 500 of my money for "admin costs" and to date, has still refused to pay me back the balance of my money. I did not expect this from someone who claims to be a reputable and ethical breeder. From my side, I had kept to every part of our agreement ... but all the many voice notes, photos and text messages from this breeder meant nothing in the end. I was not the one to cancel - I told her clearly that I did not want to lose this puppy. In addition to the heartbreak, why should I be expected to pay R500 for her decision to pull out?</div>
This firm keeps harassing me! I don't have a Standard Bank credit card. I have phoned them repeatedly and notified them that they have the wrong number!
I spoke to Best Internet last month about a Vox subscription. However I did NOT take out a contract with them. And the call centre agent clearly told me that no mandate was in place until I accepted the Vox contract Now they have started taking unauthorized debit orders off my account. Even after I received a sms earlier in the week, saying the service was cancelled. There is no mandate for any company to debit my account on the 11th of the month They blocked the bank from refunding it as well. I am beyond frustrated as they refuse to refund and they just keep taking my money. FNB has advised I go to the Payment Association.
