NovaShades - Poor service
NovaCarports has terrible service, I would not recommend them at all. I called on their service to install a carport for me. They install the frame but when it was time to put the carport net he brings me the wrong color after I was very specific about the color I told him to bring me. He tells me that the color he brought is all they had in stock. I asked him why he didn't wait for stock of the color I wanted as I can't take a color I didn't ask for (I'm the customer who is paying, not him). After I tell him to fix his mistake he starts avoiding my calls, and when he does answer he says he will deliver but never does until I decided that I will not continue my business with him. Until now I still don't have my carport net and have to source it externally. Poor service, not one to refer at all.

Scammers, don’t do business with this individual/company. Goes by the name of Emmanuel / Eddie / Eric. His real is name Edmore Chigariso. The business name is Novabrands, they/he does steel work. They/He takes your deposit and then disappears!!

NovaShades in Kempton Park - Scammed out of thousands of rand
Really bad experience. We contracted Eddie to do a cobble driveway for us. There were ongoing issues. First his workers were getting very annoyed because he didn't pay them. They ended up forcing their way in to my property, demanding payment. He was constantly demanding money. Even though the job was still incomplete and we had to pay him more than the quoted amount. He even hassled us on the weekend for money to fix his car The last straw was when he demanded an additional R 3500 for 4 tons of new cobble bricks. I paid him in cash. He delivered about 600 bricks picked up off a rubbish dump and then disappeared off site, never to return. He even had the cheek to whatsapp me instructions of how I should do the grouting. What a ripoff!
