Watch out! Eddie took over 20k from me for a driveway. Job not finished and the last 4 ton load that I paid R3500 for looks like bricks taken from a dump.
I paid Eddie Nova Chigso over R20 000 to lay a driveway. Not only was the job not completed but the last load of bricks that he charged me R3500 for were picked up off a dump.
Recently I am being spammed by Vodacom messages saying my Full Admin Lock has been activated. I have no idea what this is and why I am getting these repeatedly. Also, my phone cannot block them. I received 4 of them just after 2am this morning!! Stop harassing me, Vodacom!
I was called by Buy Mondo to upgrade one of my Vodacom contracts. To cut a long story short, they upgraded the wrong contract. I cancelled it the next day No feedback from Mondo since then - I have called repeatedly and waited for ages only to get cut off. My email from 4 days ago is still not acknowledged. So what now? Where do I get confirmation that the upgrade has been cancelled Terrible service!!!

Albert did some thatching work for me. ********** The thatch was done far too short and they failed to remove a metal pole, thatching right around it. Unfortunately they were paid before we picked up the errors and now refuse to come back and repair their faulty workmanship.
I live in a very difficult area to get any form of internet. Too many trees, not enough people to qualify for ADSL or Fibre etc. Several companies have come out to quote and install but they could not get any signal. Wirulink also battled at first, but I am very pleased to say they persisted, and after a few visits from their teams, I have now been connected for a week. So far the speed seems consistent and I am happy Thank you, Wirulink for above average service :-)

But on further investigation, 37 of the 74 reviews posted are from 2 individuals. 25 from one person and 12 from the other. That is half their ratings. All of them (some totally ridiculous) posted on the same day, giving Nepic 5 star ratings.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am still interested in their service, but before I reschedule, can Nepic please explain this massive burst of trumped up reviews which puts their company ratings much higher than they should be?</p> <p> </p>
<p>In June I asked to migrate my 10 gig data contract to a 20 gig contract. It is an upward migration.</p> <p> </p> <p>I called Vodacom and they quoted me over R 1000 for a 20 gig contract. More than double their advertised offer. Apparently, as an existing contract holder I don't qualify for the R 499 special.</p> <p> </p> <p>I even went to Hellopeter. All their customer service representative did was to reconfirm what I had been told on the phone. I emailed him back on the 24th June with more questions but heard nothing more.</p> <p> </p> <p>The best service I have received on this issue, to date was from the call centre lady today (in Cancellations) when I called to start cancelling my contracts. </p> <p> </p> <p>You have lost a good and loyal customer, Vodacom!</p>
