Received a campaign sms is September informing me that i can enjoy premium for 3months for an extra R1 (R550) - contact the call center and was advised that I will be automatically placed back on my compact plus subscription after the 3month period... After the 3months, still on and receive a R830 debit without opting in for extended subscription. Underhanded dealings from multichoice - since no one is willing to take up the subscription at this ridiculous price you now do it without consent???
Company is a scam - owner will continue requesting for more money claiming that it is to pay workers and buy material and vanish with your funds.
Received an sms informing me of outstanding amounts owing (no info regarding any outstanding amounts stipulated) - I was not once phoned, emailed, smsed or informed in any manner of any outstanding amounts owed - last statement dated 2018/01/30 has no outstanding balances... Is there not any process of communications before handing your clients over to debt collection services informing them of outstanding amounts???? As it is I am one of very few people paying towards this ****ty service - now I get threatening sms'es - tried calling the call center - do not have time to waste on waiting for kak services in excess of 10mins... I want to know what I owe and why am I owing if there is a agreement to debit my Credit card with the fees?? If your systems are not working as intended - DO NOT MAKE IT MY F****ING PROBLEM... I WANT A CALL INFORMING ME WHAT IS OWING, WHY IT IS OWING AND WHY I WAS NOT CONTACTED PRIOR TO RECEIVING **** SMS'ES FOR WHAT IS OBVIOUSLY SERVICE FAILURE ON YOUR SIDE!!
Spoke to Chris Bell at the call centre to review my insurance premium. Call was answered immediately. Staff member was extremely helpful, made me feel like i would rather be working there. I am not a big fan of call centers, but this was really top service. And to top it all, i received a R217 discount on my insurance, with immediate effect, and have to pay R500+ less on my next installment. Really impressed with my insurer
