I would like to write a review about MiWay Insurance, Roxanne Fember was great help. She took time to look for as many viable options to optimize my insurance premiums, I appreciated that level of service.

I had a great experience. They booked the driver as requested and they arrived on time and drove me home safely.

The minute I sent my emergency assist request I got a call within seconds and Haniph assisted me the entire way through
The minute I sent my emergency assist request I got a call within seconds and Haniph assisted me the entire way through. The tow truck arrived in 10 minutes to my pleasant surprise and towed me home. I'm very happy with the service I recieved when I needed assistance the most.

NovaShades - Poor service
NovaCarports has terrible service, I would not recommend them at all. I called on their service to install a carport for me. They install the frame but when it was time to put the carport net he brings me the wrong color after I was very specific about the color I told him to bring me. He tells me that the color he brought is all they had in stock. I asked him why he didn't wait for stock of the color I wanted as I can't take a color I didn't ask for (I'm the customer who is paying, not him). After I tell him to fix his mistake he starts avoiding my calls, and when he does answer he says he will deliver but never does until I decided that I will not continue my business with him. Until now I still don't have my carport net and have to source it externally. Poor service, not one to refer at all.
