NovaShades - Poor service

NovaCarports has terrible service, I would not recommend them at all. I called on their service to install a carport for me. They install the frame but when it was time to put the carport net he brings me the wrong color after I was very specific about the color I told him to bring me.

He tells me that the color he brought is all they had in stock. I asked him why he didn't wait for stock of the color I wanted as I can't take a color I didn't ask for (I'm the customer who is paying, not him). After I tell him to fix his mistake he starts avoiding my calls, and when he does answer he says he will deliver but never does until I decided that I will not continue my business with him. Until now I still don't have my carport net and have to source it externally.

Poor service, not one to refer at all.
