Hyper Mass xtrm makes you feel sick

Brought the maxocore hyper mass 4k at game and have emailed game support and npl with no response, so posting my experience here.

Myself and and my partner tried this and felt sick afterwards. We then tried to sell it to someone else but when they tried it, they also felt sick.

Do I just need to forget about this R420 or can a partial return refund somehow be processed?

Only one bag has been opened the other 3 are still closed.
