Brought the maxocore hyper mass 4k at game and have emailed game support and npl with no response, so posting my experience here. Myself and and my partner tried this and felt sick afterwards. We then tried to sell it to someone else but when they tried it, they also felt sick. Do I just need to forget about this R420 or can a partial return refund somehow be processed? Only one bag has been opened the other 3 are still closed.
My retirement policy was setup by my previous employer. I no longer want to continue with the policy and want the funds to be paid out. Due to the setup of the policy and Government regulations I was told I need to wait till I am 55 or I would have been able to withdraw the money if the fund was worthless than 7k. I am just disappointed due to the fact that nothing can be done and all I can do is continue to contribute to the fund or just leave the money. This make me feel helpless. This is not customer service. So for anyone thinking of joining Allan Gray just know they will NOT go the extra mile for you.
I signed up twice for e-filling, and both times my account was deleted or blocked. Calling in I was advised to go to my nearest branch. Upon arrival the line was all ready the longest line I've ever seen. But I went to go stand inline, and was later told that i can no longer receive help on my issue, as that queue is closes and i would have to come very early like 5:30 to get assistance. I just want to do my tax return. Why r u guys making it so difficult.
I resigned from incredible connection more than two months ago and have heard nothing about my Alexander Forbs payout. I have tried phoning the accounts department but only get a phone message, im tired of waiting and it seems the only way to make this company listen is to complain and that's why im doing this.
My father passed away and he has an existing home loan with Nedbank, we are simply trying to find out what steps can be taken and what we need to do to not lose our home. We gathered all requested documents and certified at the police station, went to the bank and they requested the original documents to certify themselves which was done and documents were sent to Joburg, as that is where the late estate department is situated. After weeks of waiting and thinking that things will now be resolved, we were told the documents were invalid and had take the documents back to the bank to correctly certify, now I'm not even mad about that, the fact you cant go in to a Nedbank Branch and speak to someone f2f about a sensitive issue like this is ridiculous, instead you have to phone the ppl in joburg and phoning them you have to clear your hole day waiting for someone to pick up and thats if they even pick up, no one keeps you updated, This morning I've phoned 6 times and no answer and no1 can tell me why, and each time the Nedbank call center just puts me through to ppl that doesn't seem to be at work. Im not someone who complaints but this is ridiculous.
