Terrible Service and No Accountability from NPPM Properties
We rented a property through NPPM Properties and from the moment we moved in (last year), we experienced nothing but poor service. Despite numerous requests, not a single repair was carried out during our entire stay.
We moved out at the Mid March 2025 and made sure the unit was thoroughly cleaned. After the final inspection, we were told everything was in order except for one wall that needed minor repair due to TV mount holes. We promptly fixed it, and the inspection agent confirmed all was acceptable.
We were informed that the deposit refund would take up to 30 days. It’s now well past that timeframe and we’ve still received nothing. We have to keep calling them, only to be transferred from one person to another with no real answers. We're constantly told someone will call us back with an update — but no one ever does.
This level of unprofessionalism and lack of communication is unacceptable. We feel completely ignored and misled. It’s frustrating to be treated this way after being responsible tenants. Avoid NPPM Properties if you value your time, money, and peace of mind.
