On arrival they had made sure to hide the driver of the vehicle who had reversed into me, as they didn’t want to cause a scene. At first they had made plenty of promises that they will help sort out the issue and so on. However upon learning the other party has no insurance that’s when their true colors came out. They had told me and the other party that they are not responsible for any damages that had occurred. The dealer principle by the name of Werner had no sympathy for the situation, and to put it simply was damn rude. He had the nerve to say that the courtesy vehicle which they lent me but only for a week, that I should take care of it as it’s sold already. Yet they couldn’t think to do the same for my vehicle. So please rather use another VW dealership whether it be for service or purchasing of vehicles, but stay far far away from NTT Krugersdorp The biggest ****s and most ************* people you will ever come across
