I have always been a VW girl and always had the best experience when encounters with VW dealerships until to my dismay I came into contact with NTT Heidelberg. I feel like I was misled into taking a deal that was not good for me. Yes I wasn’t forced to do anything, but I feel there was a total lack of transparency. I wanted to downgrade my vehicle meaning downgrade in instalment which meant I had to change model, but I feel like the person assisting me , didn’t tell me how much of a downgrade I would get and that’s what you would expect from a business of integrity. Yet I’m still paying a higher instalment with something I’m not satisfied with all because they just wanted to make a sale and had no consideration for the client. And when I went back for assistance I was totally dimissed. I know there are definitely know there has to be processes in place to assist as we all make mistakes, in case I was misled in terms of the specs of the new vehicle which is bad compared to the vehicle I had. I’m so disappointed as I’ve always received such good service from VWs and now I’m experiencing such bad service and lack of help.
