I was booked for installation and the service I’ve received has been horrible and I’m still without the unit and can’t seem to get assistance.
I’ve been trying to reach to MFC regarding my car finance for the past 2 weeks, I get no response, each time someone just says they’ll escalate it, but no one gets back to me. And its frustrating as I also want to get my priorities in order.
have always been a VW girl and always had the best experience when encounters with VW dealerships until to my dismay I came into contact with NTT Heidelberg. I feel like I was misled into taking a deal that was not good for me. Yes I wasn’t forced to do anything, but I feel there was a total lack of transparency. I wanted to downgrade my vehicle meaning downgrade in instalment which meant I had to change model, but I feel like the person assisting me , didn’t tell me how much of a downgrade I would get and that’s what you would expect from a business of integrity. Yet I’m still paying a higher instalment with something I’m not satisfied with all because they just wanted to make a sale and had no consideration for the client. And when I went back for assistance I was totally dimissed. I know there are definitely know there has to be processes in place to assist as we all make mistakes, in case I was misled in terms of the specs of the new vehicle which is bad compared to the vehicle I had. I’m so disappointed as I’ve always received such good service from VWs and now I’m experiencing such bad service and lack of help.

I reached out to SPCA Brakpan regarding a dog that is not being well taken care of and I have received any successful response from them the poor dog is still here being ill treated and neglected. Filthy where it stays, no sense of affection given to the dog. It’s just appalling and then when it gets reported, even then the SPCA doesn’t seem to care.
Very unprofessional, I do understand there’s a turn around time, but I don’t appreciate the that I phoned someone to assist him and I phoned him back he doesn’t not answer the phone and it wasn’t even that long.
I feel like RAIN is messing with me at this point and I find it very disrespectful! I’m still awaiting feedback re: my refund and they are just ghosts. That is so wrong of a company to behave in this manner.
RAIN just does not have any courtesy whatsoever, I mean you need to give feedback to clients regarding unresolved matters and when people’s finances are involved, but they just don’t seem to have a damn.
The way I despise RAIN, I really don’t appreciate the service or lack of service I’m getting from them. Even wanting to cancel them is a struggle are they a **** or what the heck is happening here. You don’t get through to them, when they phone you back they assure you’ll get assistance or someone else will phone to assist, but nothing. There’s no sense of consideration. I experience a lot of interruptions with the WiFi and I was assured there is coverage in my area, but I really think it’s not the case, because there can’t be so many interruptions or even poor network. It’s disgusting really. I mean you can’t pay for something that doesn’t work half of the time and not get assistance. There network only works a hours a day. This is poor and unfair, their lack of communication is a mess and not right to clients
RAIN is the worst and their employees are ****s!!!!!! Can’t even get hold of anyone to cancel them, cos paying for nothing is something I won’t do.
