Terrible Performance on JVC TV

I bought a JVC TV from Best Home and Electric, and within 3 months it has failed twice with the exact same issue – the screen suddenly goes completely black. The first time, I returned it for repairs, and now the same problem has happened again.

This is extremely disappointing for a brand that should deliver reliable quality. I am unhappy with the inconvenience, poor product performance, and the lack of long-term reliability. For the price, I expected much better.

Nu-World Industries (Pty) Ltd, who distribute JVC in South Africa, need to take responsibility for these ongoing faults. I cannot recommend JVC TVs to anyone based on this experience.
