I bought a JVC TV from Best Home and Electric, and within 3 months it has failed twice with the exact same issue – the screen suddenly goes completely black. The first time, I returned it for repairs, and now the same problem has happened again. This is extremely disappointing for a brand that should deliver reliable quality. I am unhappy with the inconvenience, poor product performance, and the lack of long-term reliability. For the price, I expected much better. Nu-World Industries (Pty) Ltd, who distribute JVC in South Africa, need to take responsibility for these ongoing faults. I cannot recommend JVC TVs to anyone based on this experience.
I have a JVC TV contract with Best Home. They debit R505 for the TV I bought in Feb but the problems I have been experiencing with this TV are too much and now I can't cancel the debit because it's a debit check. A month after I received the TV it just stopped playing I went to report it at the store and it took them a whole month and 2 weeks to come collect it because they "had no cars" and I was not allowed to bring it myself. This month the "new" TV they gave me is doing the very same thing. This store is just a **** and JVC is no better but obviously their products are off very bad quality. That time Best Home is so expensive.
Absa made a journal debit on my Absa savings account with out my consent. The journal debit of R795 that's was made on my account was not authorized by me and yet Absa went ahead to take money from my account. The money was meant to take my son to the doctor for his appointment but now it's gone. I need my money back Absa.
