I’m not happy with the service I have from Nuworld I have call on Monday regarding the tv telefunken that I bought from Takealot on the 3November 2025 on the 10january2026 when I come from work trying to switch on the tv screen it was black and no sound I have call on Monday the lady from the call centre said I must send the email but I didn’t get the response or ref no until today so I want to know what must I do with the tv that I have used it for less than 3months now is not working and no1 is assisting me the invoice no 229128399 (Telefunken 50” TLDD-50FHDC FULL HD Android Smart TV)
