Telefunken from takealot
I bought a telefunken tv from Takealot on the 3November2025 on the 10January when I try to switch on the tv is no longer working then I was referred to Nuworld for assistance but I don’t get any assistance or feedback I call and send email to them but still no1 is able to assist or update me is been 2 weeks now I don’t know what to do with a TV that is less than 3months

Takealot TV Not Working and can’t get assistance
I have bought a telefunken tv from Takealot on the 3November2025 it was working fine on the 10January2026 when I came back from work trying to switch on the TV it was not working the screen it was black I have call Takealot on the 12/01/2026 they told me I need to call the Nuworld Takealot I did call and send email I don’t get assistance and call Takealot still no assistance today I call nuworld they gave me the contact number for Duncan the number is Off I don’t know what to do with the TV that is not working and I don’t get any assistance from both department invoice no 229128399 order no 193993546

Nuworld and takealot
I’m not happy with the service I have from Nuworld I have call on Monday regarding the tv telefunken that I bought from Takealot on the 3November 2025 on the 10january2026 when I come from work trying to switch on the tv screen it was black and no sound I have call on Monday the lady from the call centre said I must send the email but I didn’t get the response or ref no until today so I want to know what must I do with the tv that I have used it for less than 3months now is not working and no1 is assisting me the invoice no 229128399 (Telefunken 50” TLDD-50FHDC FULL HD Android Smart TV)

Makro online shopping is a **** when you purchase to them they debit your money same time then after a day they cancel your order and they they will tell you that refund it takes 2 to 14 days that time you have emergency and their customer service is useless cuz you will use your airtime and keep you holding on the phone I have ordered on the 18 December and then on the 19 December my order was cancelled and mind you is a phone and I have made a loan to buy it cz is urgent I still fighting for my refund I’m so angry
