I bought a telefunken tv from Takealot on the 3November2025 on the 10January when I try to switch on the tv is no longer working then I was referred to Nuworld for assistance but I don’t get any assistance or feedback I call and send email to them but still no1 is able to assist or update me is been 2 weeks now I don’t know what to do with a TV that is less than 3months

We bought a smart tv in May and I August it broke. They came to pick it up to fix and kept in 3 weeks. No communication I had to contact them to check on the TV. The guy Ralph I was in communication with was acting like he was doing me a favor. Bad bad service I will never buy a Telefunkun product again.

Dear Telefunken Customer Service, I am writing to lodge a formal complaint regarding a Telefunken 50-inch Smart TV that I purchased from Takealot on 2 July 2025 for R3,999.00 (Order #183313834). Unfortunately, the TV has developed a fault — the screen no longer displays properly, making it unusable. I lodged a complaint with Takealot on 12 August 2025, but I was informed that since their one-month return policy had passed, I should take the matter up directly with Telefunken. As the product is still under its manufacturer’s warranty, I kindly request that you arrange for an inspection, repair, or replacement of the unit. If this is not possible, I would like to request a full refund in line with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA). Please advise me on the process and timeline for resolving this matter. I trust Telefunken will attend to this issue promptly.

I purchased a TV and exactly 13 months later it is giving me problems. 1 month after store guarantee expires, how convenient. The TV is mounted against a wall since purchase and has never been moved. No loadshedding as I have inverters. This is really disappointing. Does your products only last 1 year?

**** TV's. Bought 1 for 10k at house and Home N1 city 2 years ago. The Panel randomly just died. TV Repair places state not worth fixing. Also, Telefunken only comes with 1 year warranty. Stay Away from this brand

We are without internet for more than 3 days. On phoning them, the staff are friendly with the exception of one experience. They keep on telling me that the towers are down and that they have escalated to MTN. No solution is offered and every time they put me on hold, the phone cuts out. We have a Tp link. Is there any person at Supersonic to assist me. Thank you
