Order from online store with the option pay in store, get a mail saying food is being prepared, go to pick it up, they will not start making my food till I pay, this is not online ordering, this is me driving to your shop and ordering. waited and hour or more, so **** you. Sincerely
they drop off the wrong items, then u have to prove to them they did, then they want to credit you and hopefully give u free delivery for the mistake and then also can't promise to mistake on the order, wont happen again if you order again, this system is setup by a 5 year old, no large company with resources they have, should have such customer support, Deleting 60/60 after we resolve this issue, never using their service again
Read google reviews, this company disrespects it's clients so much, They should just go out of business.
DO NOT buy their products my tv is miss labelled as "android smart tv" they have their own software on it and its ****, no way to expand storage and overall the tv just sucks
Product worked well for a month, then broke. First they accused us of breaking it, then it took them 3 weeks to decide if they would void the warranty. After 5 weeks they have decided the warranty is fine on a SALT N PEPPER electronic set........with after sales service and how easily it broke. Be sure if you buy anything from them, it's nothing you need the warranty on, they try their hardest to make sure warranty is void, as far as I can tell. They can contact me and correct me as a cost accountant I am willing to look through their warranty chain and see why it takes so long, if they are not looking to just void the warranty. Otherwise stay away from their electronics.
These are the same games as the Defy Authorized Service Center Bloemfontein company who already has horrid reviews, I hate people who hide behind different names so scores do not effect each other, on that note, took them a week with a dishwasher to see one cable was giving an issue and each time I called they had a technician apparently working on it, but don't worry to fix the wires, which should fall under the assessment charge which they did not assess at our house, for fixing the wire is a LABOR charge of another R650 and we should pick up the machine, after explaining to them they are the business that removed the appliance and should deliver back to us, i got a sassy, we don't have a large enough vehicle this week, I will see IF the technician can drop it off...... EVERYTHING except Marius the original guy who came out, everything else was pathetic.
Bought a small fire place, was ready in no time at all, the delivery was less than expected, between Tazryn and Victoria they helped me fluidly through the whole process, So using the fire place for the first time two and bit weeks after I bought it Thanks for the friendliness, professional demeanor and the quality.
Dont apply for their identity store card, they will hassle you 3 times a week even if you tell them you will pick it up this month will just not be possible, please mark it on your system. They ignore that and keep phoning. Truworths go out of business

Place a call to them, receptionist can hear me fine, but when I get put thru to sales, that cant hear me. Call the receptionist, asks if she can hear me clearly she says yes, I explain her sales people cant, SHE PUTS ME THRU AGAIN. When I phoned her back for the 7th time she told me my phone line is broken, told her she cant take her logic and business and shove it.
