Telkom did not take the debit order and Telkom sent me a message stating “ Telkom SA: Dear customer, your debit order rejected. Please make a Cash or EFT payment to prevent service interruption.” with no bank details, 7 days later I’m being harassed by these Nudebt messages threatening me about sending me summons. I have paid Telkom and I’m still getting these messages.
