I honestly don’t what to do with this company, it was a hassle to close down my account because of them trying to **** me debit rejections fees while I had money in my account, had that sorted out and I was told my account is closed I don’t owe anything. I went by a Telkom shop on the 21st of October to make sure that this account is closed and I was told there is a balance of R92.88 and the account is cancelled. I didn’t want to fight because Telkom had already put me through a lot and I went to pick n pay and paid the R92.88, tell me why did Telkom try to debit out R201 from my bank account on the 29th of November 2025 after months of me cancelling my account, what kind of **** are you guys running? Is this how you make money off ****ming people hard earned money and messing up our credit scores, I don’t owe you anything and I did ask numerous times for my banking details to be removed from your system so what you guys are doing is *****ulent and I will open up a case and get my lawyers involved, I’m tired of dealing with this.
I ordered a dunked crunch master yesterday and the meat tasted old and was shredding, even found plastic in my food. We spend a lot of money just to get recycled food!
Telkom is a ****, I have a router with them I pay R145, since 2023 I’ve never had any issues with the debit order. July 2025, I had money in my account and they did not take it and it’s very hard contacting them and I don’t even have their bank details. The following month the double charged me, which was okay because they didn’t take their money the previous month and for the month of August they tell me I owe R351 instead of R145 and again the did not take their money debit order again in August. This time they send me a link and I make a payment of R145 in their portal. I requested a callback and they representative called me and I asked what is the R351 for and she said told me Telkom charges you R200 if the debit order does not go off and she told me that they are going to add another R200 because the August bill wasn’t taken out of my bank directly. Is this a **** that Telkom is doing because this is not the first time I’m hearing about this **** and they refused to cancel my account and said I should call back tomorrow

Telkom did not take the debit order and Telkom sent me a message stating “ Telkom SA: Dear customer, your debit order rejected. Please make a Cash or EFT payment to prevent service interruption.” with no bank details, 7 days later I’m being harassed by these Nudebt messages threatening me about sending me summons. I have paid Telkom and I’m still getting these messages.
Worst company ever, got a call from a driver on Monday asking to leave my parcel at Isiphingo and I told him that’s not the address and he said he’ll give another driver. 2 days later the driver calls me and tells me that we should meet at a local shopping center and cannot come to my address and I tell him that’s not the address on my parcel and he goes ahead and asks me what is in my package so he can know what he is scanning, never heard of such sounds like something is about to get lost. Very *********** and unprofessional
I’ve need trying to contact Mobicred on all their platforms but they’re not responding. They’ve locked me out of my account without notifying me and tried resetting my password and it’s not allowing me.
