I am continuously receiving emails that I am in arrears on my telkom mobile account. I pay my account via EFT every month, and even pay more than what I am billed. Because telkom REFUSES to accept my payments as a valid payment method, and also REFUSES to remove / stop the Debit order on my bank account, I am 'handed over' every 2nd month. I am getting sick and tired of this treatment. I am even threatened with judgment and 7 days payment notice
