HARASSMENT ON A SCALE OF 1000 000
I have received threatening emails AGAIN from this company. My telkom account is paid up in full via EFT and I am handed over AGAIN. THESE PEOPLE DON'T STOP HARASSING ME

Telkom mobile's payment method is a ****
I have been trying for the last 5 years to get telkom to remove a debit order from my bank account. I even went to my bank to stop the debit orders myself. Telkom continuously adds extra fees to my mobile bill AFTER I told numerous agents that I pay my bill via EFT monthly due to my bank account having been hacked 3 years ago. Telkom refuses to help me or to assist, when in their T's and C's they mention 'cash payments' which had been explained to me as EFT payments or ATM payments. I even pay more on my bill that what I am initially charged for. I have now - again, after how many times - been handed over to NuDebt Trust. I am sick and tired of this treatment from a so-called fantastic mobile company. I pay EFT monthly, had even informed the agents of this, but they are being unhelpful. But Telkom is quick to phone to offer new deals and better monthly instalments on routers and new phones. Telkom mobile is a **** when it comes to their own T's and C's

NuDebt is harrassing customers
I am continuously receiving emails that I am in arrears on my telkom mobile account. I pay my account via EFT every month, and even pay more than what I am billed. Because telkom REFUSES to accept my payments as a valid payment method, and also REFUSES to remove / stop the Debit order on my bank account, I am 'handed over' every 2nd month. I am getting sick and tired of this treatment. I am even threatened with judgment and 7 days payment notice

PnP VIRGINIA - AWESOME
The Pick n Pay store in Harmony, Virginia, Free State, is my most favorite shopping place. The floor and store managers are always greeting me with a smile. The cashiers are always friendly and helpful and will even assist with difficult tasks such as trying to locate an item in the shelf I cannot find. The shelf packers and deli staff are just as friendly. The deli staff know me by now and knows exactly what I want the moment I stand in front of their displays.

The consultant, Tumi Moleele, was very helpful when I sent my query on WhatsApp. She even phoned me to confirm certain details on my query and assisted me with understanding, giving me options for my premium and confirming that my documents have been mailed to me whilst we were on the call.

EXPRESS TILLS NOT SO EXPRESSINGLY FAST
On Sat, 26 October 2024, I went for some items to Checkers Virginia, Market street, and stood in line at the Express till. The queue was quite long, and upon viewing the cause of the hold-up upfront at the till, I realised that the cashier was taking her time assisting customers with their purchases and chatting away with other staff members. One elderly lady, having stood in the queue already for over 20 minutes, reprimanded the cashier tactfully by informing her that we were all standing in the line for more than 20 minutes, have things to do and get home and she is chatting away with other staff and customers when the customers' purchases are already rung up and completed. The cashier denied this upon which the elderly lady confirmed. Even customers behind me were beginning to complain in line as it is - as the elderly lady said - an Express till but we waited longer than the normal tills to get our purchases done. This happened at Till 17, Checkers Virginia. The cashier that was on duty on Sat, 26 Oct 2024, was on duty again yesterday, 28 Oct 2024 when I went to buy a few items. She was working slowly again.

FRIENDLY AND GREAT SERVICE
I am always greeted with a friendly smile and a laugh or two when I fill up at the above gas station. The petrol attendants are very friendly and helpful and will always ask how my day is.

Debonairs' cashiers don't listen
This is now the 2nd time I ordered extra large pizza at Debonairs Virginia instore and I get only large pizza. I repeated the order 2x, and even asked the cashier for extra cheese. We realised when we got home that the size doesn't match with what I am used to ordering. Has Debonairs changed its size measurements of extra large to a large size? Is the large now medium size and medium now small? I don't even want to attempt to imagine what a small pizza's size would be - the size of a teacup's saucer?
