Not allocating proof of payments correctly. Sending fines to the wrong people with the wrong details on. Double billing security levies, when asked they say they will fix it only find it still on your statement the next month. Does not keep accurate records and then fine you later on for not having the correct documents meaning you have to forward old emails just to try and clear your name. They allocate fines without actually letting you know, you only notice an extra amount on your statement and only find out why when you challenge it.
