Pathetic service, impossible to cancel anything
Good day Ive been trying to cancel my post paid contract continuation for years now . I have no interest in it , its a waste of money. I literally have never even used the sim card nor do i have it. Literal years. Please cancel it immediately. I work nightshift and will not be answering my phone during the day. I have no interest in explaining to a salesman that i want to cancel, i have interest in another product. Ive been asking you to cancel since 10 September 2023 and still have the emails to prove it This is my final email. Cancel this or I will simply cancel the debit order at the bank 9609265037084 A very unhappy with your service customer

Just Fire everyone
Nothing with them works, everything is a ***** up, customer service non existent, even their automated processes doesnt work. Literally havent been able to login in months because you get the OTP 24 hours later whether its sms or email

Revolving Facility- useless private clients
Ive been struggling for months trying to sort out my revolving facility, havent been able to access it , Ive spoken to many advisors which have all been useless, all say it should resolve in a day or 2 and then it doesnt. Whats the ****** point in having a private clients account if they are useless? Even emailing the revolving facility department as they have requested doesnt work because nobody gets back to you at all, I have been with FNB for more than a decade and ive always made payments on time, As soon as my divorce finalises im taking my credit lines elsewhere

Their travel offers are a joke
Booked plane ticket via app, money went through etc etc. Never got the ticket, phoned the helpline and was told something went wrong and there is no ticket. The money will take 24 hours to return to my account. So here I am stuck in Gauteng, best case I will be able to buy another ticket tomorrow, I have already paid for my accommodation tonight so here I am losing R1000 on accommodation and an entire day of holiday with my family. Thanks for *****ing up my holiday

Useless customer service
Zero customer service , by the time I get to the gate the driver is already gone. Tried phoning - they put the phone down in your ear, agents are rude and untrained. No one responds to their emails

Suspended Account due to expired card
So my CC expired and I have just been using my virtual card as I find it alot more convenient as I don't like carrying my wallet. Then FNB decided that since I don't have a hard card on hand to suspend my account, I literally cannot pay or just transfer money from my account, I am currently so ****ed , I have a 9 month pregnant wife at home meaning my kid can literally come at any time and I won't be able to pay the admission fees. Apart from that I cannot pay any of my domestic workers or order stock for my small business bringing everything basically to a standstill costing me thousands just because FNB blocks internet banking on an account just because there is no hard cc - which I don't use or need at all. I am stuck for the next 5 days just because of FNB BS. I have been with FNB since 2015/2016, this is appalling that they can drop you in the **** like this with no warning.

Cant cancel a policy
Been trying to cancel home content insurance for months via the app which is simply impossible as they just don’t ****ing cancel it, I work mostly nightshift so I don’t want to ****** speak to anyone as I am either trying to sleep or at work. I literally just want to cancel the home contents insurance as since we moved my wife already has a policy in place. I want to keep my other policies such as my wives ring and the accident policy, just want to cancel the normal home contents. How difficult can it be

Useless customer service
I repaid my wonga loan before it was due using their ozow method , It’s been 4 days and account still shows its outstanding, Ive sent multiple emails but so far it’s just been ignored. I fear they will still process the debit order. Need this resolved now and you need to fire your customer service team. Useless
