No reply to (urgent) e-mails
<div>1. On Tuesday, Nu'Dor sent me an invitation to a CSOS meeting, an hour before the meeting. I replied to the e-mail (hours after the meeting) on Tuesday. 2 days later and still, I received no response to my e-mail. 2. On Wednesday (yesterday) I sent an e-mail to Nu'Dor regarding an urgent matter. I marked the e-mail as urgent, requested acknowledgement of receipt and feedback, as well as that the matter receive urgent attention. A day later and still no response to my e-mail.</div>

17 May 2024, 15:45Then, instead of using the bad review as motivation to do better, and respond to my e-mails, this business decided to report this review as "false" - in other words, making me a ****. Did they hope I would not get around to sending the proof to hellopeter?

Yet, I still have not received any response to my e-mail regarding the CSOS meeting.
I only received a response from the Board of Trustees to the urgent matter - more than 2 days later - after a follow-up e-mail, notifying them that I would engage in protest action.

This review was AGAIN marked as false!
Yet, I still have not received any response to my e-mail regarding the CSOS meeting.
I only received a response from the Board of Trustees to the urgent matter - more than 2 days later - after a follow-up e-mail, notifying them that I would engage in protest action.

24 May 2024, 08:34As you lodged various complaints to the Trustees the matter with CSOS was between the Applicant (Trustees) and Respondent (Transgressor). You were initially not a party to CSOS conciliation, but the Trustees decided later to bring you in as well, unfortunately to short notice was given. CSOS advised that a new matter must be lodged where you will be a party as well.
Regarding the urgent matter the Trustees responded a few days later after they concluded their investigation.

I received NO feedback re the outcome of the CSOS meeting!
As you said - though my posts were marked as false - the Trustees responded a few days later - I received no acknowledgement of my e-mails or feedback as to what is being done regarding the matter, until after I threatened with protest action.
A month after your above response, we still did not have the in-person discussion.
