I have been with Numobile for over a year and I have never had any issues until now recently. I pay my account faithfully every single month, for the month of Jan26 all of a sudden my phone gets suspended despite payment been made on the 26th already. The contact person I deal with is Rebecca rebeccak@numobile.co.za, I contacted her to ask her why the suspension of my phone after I made payment on time, she has not responded to any of my numerous messages, she just flat out ignored me and til this very minute my phone is still suspended, I can't receive calls, I can't make calls, my mobile data won't even go on. I find this to be extremely unprofessional considering the fact that I made payment, my phone got suspended, and I have had absolutely no response or communication from Rebecca at Numobile.
