I have been with Numobile for over a year and I have never had any issues until now recently. I pay my account faithfully every single month, for the month of Jan26 all of a sudden my phone gets suspended despite payment been made on the 26th already. The contact person I deal with is Rebecca rebeccak@numobile.co.za, I contacted her to ask her why the suspension of my phone after I made payment on time, she has not responded to any of my numerous messages, she just flat out ignored me and til this very minute my phone is still suspended, I can't receive calls, I can't make calls, my mobile data won't even go on. I find this to be extremely unprofessional considering the fact that I made payment, my phone got suspended, and I have had absolutely no response or communication from Rebecca at Numobile.

I regret the day they came to my workplace and I singed up for a laptop deal. I later lost the SIM card and as was asked to pay 150.00 to get a replacement SIM card, I have not received it till this day. My employer still makes payments to them even Africa the contract has ended I have been to HR a number of times and I am advised to contact Numobile and when I contact them Numobile says they are not dealing with my company anymore

I'm not happy with the service of this company, the contract has ended however they keep on blocking the phone and request more money to be paid. Even after claimed to be last payment after 2 months the phone gets blocked and demand another R689.00. Right now Jennifer the very same lady who told me it's my last R689.00 that I paid in April she's telling me that i still owe more 2 payments. To my surprise it was 2 phones and the other one is not blocked, only one is blocked. When I call their office they put me on hold for long then end up hanging up the call or they claim to call me back and never does. I asked for breakdown statement form the day I took the contract even now there's no response. The people I spoke to numerously is Jennifer who said I'm paying the last R689.00 in April to my suprise she's saying I'm owing 2 more R689.00.of which I don't understand on how did the occurred. Other one is Wonder is got surprised when I asked him about what happening, to him the contract has ended and he don't understand what is happening. Mpuseng said she only transferring the calls she cannot assist.
