I have been with Numobile for over a year and I have never had any issues until now recently. I pay my account faithfully every single month, for the month of Jan26 all of a sudden my phone gets suspended despite payment been made on the 26th already. The contact person I deal with is Rebecca rebeccak@numobile.co.za, I contacted her to ask her why the suspension of my phone after I made payment on time, she has not responded to any of my numerous messages, she just flat out ignored me and til this very minute my phone is still suspended, I can't receive calls, I can't make calls, my mobile data won't even go on. I find this to be extremely unprofessional considering the fact that I made payment, my phone got suspended, and I have had absolutely no response or communication from Rebecca at Numobile.
This is the worse company I have ever dealt with!!! I canceled my service with them THREE years ago, obviously they didn't cancel it on their end so they continued to bill me obviously I didn't pay the account cos to my understanding I canceled. They have listed my account on my credit profile which had such a negative impact on my credit score and profile, I then took this up with them they sent a email to say my account has been canceled with immediate effect only to receive a invoice the very next month. So here I am sitting with a bad credit report and still being billed for a service I canceled and a useless company that refuses to feedback on the thousands of emails I sent them!!!!! I would NEVER recommend anyone to this company and I will strongly advise anyone that uses them to be careful especially with their billing!!!!!
Gym Company at Flora center is the worse EVER!!! Their accounts department is SO rude and don't know what they are doing! They contact via whatsapp and accuse you of lying when you say your account has been paid! To sign up the process take 2 seconds, but when you want to cancel it is impossible to do so!!! They say you can't go into the gym to cancel you have to do it online and wait for the consultant to call you to confirm "approve" your cancellation!!! Most of the time the spa is either fully booked or there is only ONE assistant so you can't book for the spa!!! You join the gym and there is NO ONE to help you with the machines or anything you must smell where the equipment is and what it is for!!! I have never had such disgusting customer care from a place before!!! I would strongly advise anyone that wants to join DON'T DO IT!!!
I have never expierenced such pathetic service from a service provider!!!! MWEB is the worst SP to deal with, the staff is incompetite they know nothing about what is going on in their organization clearly there is NO internal communication!!!! I am disgusted in the service I received and every phone call between myself and USELESS mweb!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
<p>I hired a few things from "Florida Hiring" it was one of the worse experiences, I paid for a "Photo stand" that I couldn't use, and when I complained being a paying customer, I was told by "Wilma" that I was attacking her personally, this is someone I have never seen in my life as we chatted via email, she was so rude and took my complaint so personal, and yet all I did was complain as a customer, when they delivered the things I hired the guy was so rude and arrogant, as I told him the stand does not fit he still left without even showing me how it's supposed to do, but I was most shocked at the fact that me complaining about something I paid for turned out to be a "personal attack" on someone I don't even know, it was my first time using Florida Hiring but rest assured I will NEVER use them again!!!!</p>
