I don’t know how this company works but it’s stressful and should be reported to the ombudsman. I app**** for mobi money and got approved, I received an sms and confirmation email and I logged on the funds were there but I didn’t withdraw any amount, I then app**** for a a loan, shortly after that I received a call from a very rude agent for a funeral cover that I declined then when I went online to withdraw my account says I have no amount to withdraw. No reply from their emails. I want to cancel the debicheck but from the comments Ive read about them I don’t want to waste my airtime calling them.
I regret the day they came to my workplace and I singed up for a laptop deal. I later lost the SIM card and as was asked to pay 150.00 to get a replacement SIM card, I have not received it till this day. My employer still makes payments to them even Africa the contract has ended I have been to HR a number of times and I am advised to contact Numobile and when I contact them Numobile says they are not dealing with my company anymore
If I was able to rate a minus 5 I would because wow! Who owns this company and who is the regulator because they are not doing well by the customers and the customer service is pathetic, I’ve been on the online chat for almost 5 hours no proper response. I’ve been incorrectly charged infact charged twice, they keep saying it’s a pre authorization charge when the bank has confirmed it’s an approved payment, I’ve attached all sorts proof yet they still don’t want to refund me
This company is terrible! They do not deliver on time. The switch board doesn't work either, you can't even collect your parcel and you can't even arrange delivery with them
It is impossible to change banking details! I received a call to say I haven't been using my card machine explained that I haven't had time to update my new business account details. I have updated the details which was not successful, I've been dealing with different agents since then, the last one being Mustaqeem who assured me after sending the required documents he will update and I send them through but now a different agent is handling it. Just wish someone can tell me what's going on
