ACQUFIN IS THE ****MER
I remember in February 2025 I received a call from the lady claiming I owe ACQUIFIN and few days later when I checked my credit score I found the loan from this company listed on my profile. They claim I took the loan on the 01 July 2022 and for as much a I remember I was not even working by the time. I sent them several emails requesting all the signed supporting documents of the loan even the breakdown statement stating where and when the debit order when through and from which bank account but till to this date none of my request was attended to. May this mess be removed on my ITC profile since I have no idea what they are talking about. I have never in my entire life have I ever heard about this company's name till this year February. This need to be removed ASAP.

Blocked phone even though the contract has ended.
I'm not happy with the service of this company, the contract has ended however they keep on blocking the phone and request more money to be paid. Even after claimed to be last payment after 2 months the phone gets blocked and demand another R689.00. Right now Jennifer the very same lady who told me it's my last R689.00 that I paid in April she's telling me that i still owe more 2 payments. To my surprise it was 2 phones and the other one is not blocked, only one is blocked. When I call their office they put me on hold for long then end up hanging up the call or they claim to call me back and never does. I asked for breakdown statement form the day I took the contract even now there's no response. The people I spoke to numerously is Jennifer who said I'm paying the last R689.00 in April to my suprise she's saying I'm owing 2 more R689.00.of which I don't understand on how did the occurred. Other one is Wonder is got surprised when I asked him about what happening, to him the contract has ended and he don't understand what is happening. Mpuseng said she only transferring the calls she cannot assist.
