NuPower Solar - absolutely worse service ever!
The ONLY reason I am giving this company 1 star is because there are no minus stars available. After writing my previous review they contacted my husband, came to collect our inverter so they could fix it. Now despite us sending WhatsApps, trying to phone and sending emails we cannot get hold of them, even though they have our inverter (for over a month now!)

28 Mar 2023, 10:08This a back-up box unit that is not part of our normal product range or service offering. It was done as a once-off order for a specific client. More than 70 units were supplied and this is the only unit that has on-going problems. We don’t have our normal monitoring tools available on the system which makes fault finding a challenge. The battery life is totally dependent on usage which we cannot monitor as a supplier.
The box is a standard ammo box and does not form part of the system.
