A truly seamless and wonderful experience with this company ... friendly! professional! understanding! The first time I ordered from them I left something off my order, and when I realised, I contacted them, and they kindly added the extra delivery at no charge, and gave me the discount I would have got had a I ordered the bundle in the 1st place!! It was my mess-up - but they certainly came to the table!! My 2nd order - ordered and delivered in 24 hours! Exceptional!! And this review is only for their service - I haven't even started saying how wonderful their products are!

I had the pleasure to deal with Precious who was really good - she contacted me promptly, she answered all my questions, and resolved all my queries.
Jaco and his team came and installed solar panels, and the generator and batteries that accompany the panels at or house this week. What a pleasurable experience! Jaco is so easy to communicate with and best of all answers messages within a short space of time. I can highly recommend Jaco and his team at Resolve Electrical!
The ONLY reason I am giving this company 1 star is because there are no minus stars available. After writing my previous review they contacted my husband, came to collect our inverter so they could fix it. Now despite us sending WhatsApps, trying to phone and sending emails we cannot get hold of them, even though they have our inverter (for over a month now!)

This company make no attempt whatsoever to give their customers service. We bought our inverter from them in November 2020. In 2022, the batteries started failing, so we took it to them early December for repair. They took it in saying that it couldn't be fixed before Christmas. They returned it, in February 2023, after charging us a hefty amount, saying that they had replaced the batteries (and although they say anything they had dropped it because the box is damaged!). And it has not worked since they returned it. The charge lasts for approximately 30 minutes (used to be 4 hours) and this from supposedly new batteries (2) They do not answer WhatsApps, or their phones or reply to emails. We don't know what to do!
I am forced to put a star to get into the box to write my review, but they do not deserve any stars! I am astonished at the terrible customer service that this company offers. I have two accounts. My one account I have tried to get some interaction since the beginning of July with no joy! so I have canceled that account, to end at the and of September. Somebody did call me, begging me to not cancel and promising me the earth - but NOTHING she promised has happened! I have, since Monday 31 August, tried repeatedly to get hold of them to discuss increasing my speed at my account's address, but cannot get hold of anyone. On Monday, I held on the phone for 57 minutes before asking for a call back which hasn't happened. On Tuesday I held for 45 minutes before asking for a call back which hasn't happened. Today, I have been waiting on their supposedly super fast WhatsApp line -with no response. I really don't know what to do anymore?????????
Well done, and congratulations to Francis and his team. They have struggled with the new regulations concerning the lockdown, but are still managing to deliver fresh fruit and veg to our homes. Always good quality. Always good service. Thank you!
In November we bought a second hand Kia Picanta. We were told we would be contacted with regards the papers and licensing of the vehicle. We thought there was a leak when we got home, and Charles told us it was the air conditioning, but would check it when we went for a road worthy which they would organise . . . which has not happened yet. We have tried on numerous occasions to make an arrangement but nothing has happened. After complaining by email Charles emailed me and made an appointment for me to take the car in to get a roadworthy, and I took time off from work to take the car through, Charles was not there and no one knew anything about it. I spoke to another salesman who promised faithfully to get back to me, but I have heard nothing. We put a complaint up on their website in March ... but have heard nothing. I love my little car, but find the after sales service is disgusting. I think we know the names of every single staff member at Kia, having spoken to just about all of them. We are not sure where to turn now - we have had 5 months of being messed around, and have tried contacting head office, but just get put through to Customer Service. Where do we go now.
