Andiswa September you need to apologize!

My grandmother, who has dementia was sent to this facility for her rehab and recovery after an operation. Upon her release, our family found a bed sore on her heel, kept covered by a bandage that has deteriorated so bad the skin had turned black. Our family doctor confirmed these findings which I emailed to them, but they have yet to respond to me. Instead, they send us another bill. This proves how out of touch they are. The attitude of the management running this facility stinks. Andiswa September you put the phone down in my ear today without any sincerity for the bad care my grandmother received. I will be on social media every day if that is what it takes to get an apology from you.
