I worked at Nutun from 27 October 2024 to 27 January 2025 and unfortunately, my experience was marred by unprofessionalism and unpaid wages.
Despite my dedication and hard work, the company failed to compensate me for the December period. Repeated requests for payment were ignored, and I was left with no choice but to take the matter to the CCMA.
The lack of transparency and communication regarding my payment was disappointing and unprofessional. As an employee, I expect to be treated fairly and with respect.
I hope that in the future, the company will take steps to address these issues and ensure that employees are paid promptly and fairly.
*Advice to management:* Prioritize paying employees for their work and communicate transparently about payment schedules.
