I 'm extremely disappointed with my Fibre, I've been without service for the past 7 days . Even basic tasks like browsing and emailing are frustrating. The customer service has been unhelpful, and I've had to wait for long periods to get assistance. For the price, I expect a much better service. Until improvements are made, I would not recommend this internet provider to anyone.
I worked at Nutun from 27 October 2024 to 27 January 2025 and unfortunately, my experience was marred by unprofessionalism and unpaid wages. Despite my dedication and hard work, the company failed to compensate me for the December period. Repeated requests for payment were ignored, and I was left with no choice but to take the matter to the CCMA. The lack of transparency and communication regarding my payment was disappointing and unprofessional. As an employee, I expect to be treated fairly and with respect. I hope that in the future, the company will take steps to address these issues and ensure that employees are paid promptly and fairly. *Advice to management:* Prioritize paying employees for their work and communicate transparently about payment schedules.

Beware of these ****mers!! These people signed me up for a legal service plan without my consent!!. I've spoken to so many agents to cancel out this legal service as I don't need it!!, I don't need their stinking ****** legal service yet they keep keep debiting money from my account, horrible customer service!!!
I wouldn't recommend Rentoza to anyone!!very bad service!!..I ordered the iPhone 12 on their website,made the required payment and I send the required documents as well,I had been awaiting a sign off agreement only to find out my order had been cancelled without me being aware,for what valid reason,I've got no idea.I sent support and email of which they attended to around 24 hours later letting me know I need to resend the documents again but didn't explain how and where because on my Rentoza profile everything showed that everything was verified and all i need to do was to sign off the agreement. Contacted support again and waited again for a long period only to tell my my order had been cancelled and il be refunded in the next 3-5 business days! and I was communicating to a chat agent on WhatsApp. The following day (25 June 2024),I receive an email stating that my refund has been processed and will receive it in the next 7-12 business days,so who's the fool here!. I want my money from Rentoza ASAP to utilize it to a reputable and reliable company that offers the same goods and services!!Bring back my money and delete my account!!
