Urgent: Incorrect Credit Listing – Immediate Correction Required
I paid up this account account with you but it's brought back onto my credit profile as an account in arrears. I reached to your staff but I'm ignored. This is the comms shared with Atlas Finance too; they are also ignoring me. Please fix this: " Atlas Finance reloaded a paid up account onto my credit profile as an account in arrears. This has affected my credit scoring and payment behavior negatively and got declined applying for a loan based on one of my accounts in arrears. Only to check my profile, Atlas Finance reloaded the settled account under accounts in arrears. I have a paid up letter and dealt with the Atlas Finance team closing this account after I settled it. But today I'm ignored escalating this matter to be resolved, worse my credit health has a dent already. I'll seek legal action to address this nonsense. This is the email I sent to the person who was involved during the closure of this account on the bureau. ' Good day Roderick, Why have you reloaded a settled account back onto my credit profile as if it is in arrears? This is completely unacceptable. Do you understand the serious consequences this has caused me? Because of your company’s negligence, I have been declined a loan that I urgently needed. This error has directly impacted my financial position and should never have happened in the first place. I expect this to be corrected immediately. Please treat this as urgent and provide written confirmation as soon as the correction has been made. ' "

I used to be an employee at BMI I wouldn't recommend anyone to apply there, debt collection manager named Susan has bad and very rude attitudes towards employees whereas she swears at them, threatening to fire them like she is very ******.

Poor service from Atlas finance and Bornman Marlow Inc
Please assist me resolving below case, Account number: **********, Matter Number: 2ATL4486, Creditor: Atlas Flow. I'm not getting any assistance from either atlas finance or their lawyers Bornman Marlow Inc. I have never taken any loans with the company, I've called their call centers many times without a success. Even the lawyers couldn't assist me, they couldn't prove or show any documents signed by me. My last option now it's logging a complaint with National Financial Ombud Scheme (NFO) (NFO). This issue is affecting my credit score and now I'm being told that I need to visit their offices in order for them to assist, I must spend my hard earned cash to resolve issues created by them

Bunch of ****mists!!!!
Beware of these ****mers!! These people signed me up for a legal service plan without my consent!!. I've spoken to so many agents to cancel out this legal service as I don't need it!!, I don't need their stinking ****** legal service yet they keep keep debiting money from my account, horrible customer service!!!

bad attitude,0 collection skills, very emotional agent
Good Day I received a call from of your consultants this morning who sounded very sarcastic and did not want to listen to what I was saying ,I told her to contact atlas as my query with them is with Ombudsman, until then i will not be making any arrangements with one, she is very rude and I told her this is my phone she must stop calling me ,she handled herself very unprofessional as a collector you don't get caught up in the clients emotion ,the number she called with is 073 640 3799,i didn't get her name

I would like to take the moment in applaud of the consultant that corresponded with me in my affairs. His name is Robin Damon's. He is a senior consultant working for Bornman Marlow legal, representing Finwell legal services. To the public and owners of these 2 organizations, Robin had been a candidate to pray for if you are in need of help in times such as what we currently find ourselves in, in South Africa. This gentleman is a pearl to your organizations and i surely recommend that they are professional, selfless, supporting, caring and prompt in service.
